We were offered the possibility to obtain an old but legendary HP / Agilent 8510C network analyzer. After some weeks of assembling, calibrating and buying spare parts on ebay, we were finally able to make the first measurements (see image).
The instrument will be inevitable to precisely characterize the radar target simulator and its components in amplitude and phase.
